You don’t need previous experience; based in our Ilminster office you will be surrounded by experts who will support and guide you in your learning. All we ask is that you are ambitious in pursuing a career in accountancy, with strong exam results from either GCSEs or A-Level.

As a trusted team member your responsibilities will include bookkeeping, payroll and financial administration tasks and assisting the team leader with compilation of management accounts information. You will be surrounded by a team who are there to learn from and to support you.
We support our Trainees through the professional AAT qualification via an apprenticeship which allows you to apply your learnings in a work environment, gaining vital and valuable experience whilst earning a good annual salary.
Requirements
We need you to not only have a love for numbers but love problem solving, analytics, and have great attention to detail. You are always asking questions, curious to find the best way of completing tasks and have a hunger to succeed.
In your studies or from the people around you, you will be continually learning so we need you to be committed, focused, and organised. With an appetite to learn and develop, you will take ownership of your future and be empowered to carve your own path.
The client is at the centre of everything we do and we strive to deliver an excellent client service, we need you to embrace this and be comfortable having open and honest conversations.
