We are really pleased that you are seeking a career at LPT. You will be part of the senior medical management team to support the Medical Director and demonstrate visible senior clinical leadership. You will oversee, support and develop the medical and wider clinical workforce and service Clinical Directors.
You will be an experienced practising Consultant with excellent standards of clinical practice and competence . It is expected you will be the champion of Adult Mental Health & Mental health services for older people and develop effective relationships with people in partner organisations and diverse communities.
Job Description Summary (Main duties and responsibilities) We want a clinical leader who will drive the strategic development of the Directorate to deliver large scale transformation, high quality safe and effective care, which is robustly governed within a continuous quality approach.
