Are you a dedicated and adaptable Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant looking for flexible work? Join our team and support secondary schools across Ely on a short term/long term basis.
About the Role:
- Location: Ely, Cambridgeshire
- Work Type: Short Term and Long Term
- Start Date: Immediate
- Pay: £80 - £110 per day (Depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across various subjects.
- Work with individual students or small groups to provide tailored academic support.
- Assist in managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning environment.
- Provide additional help to students with SEN or specific needs when required.
- Build strong relationships with students and staff to contribute to a cohesive school community.
