Job Description
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be working alongside an excellent team the role will be extremely varied and the opportunity to get involved with lots of areas of the business.
Handling incoming calls and assisting with a range of enquiries
Corresponding with customers over social media
Responding to any emails coming into the business
Working closely with the marketing team
Attending events and photo shoots
Working with internal and external content creators to build brand awareness
The Successful Applicant
Previous customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds such as hospitality and retail
Passionate about fashion and helping customers
Excellent knowledge of social media platforms
Able to build and maintain excellent relationships
The ability to work in a fast paced environment
An excellent team player
