Job Description
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be forefront of the organisation handling a variety of queries from businesses in relation to their services they have this could be new customers or existing.
You will providing support and guidance from order stage ensuring the highest level of service is provided at all times.
The role will be mainly telephone based and also handling any emails and occasionally other platforms when required.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally some customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds
An excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills
