Temporary, part-time, Office based
£12ph - £13ph (DOE)
Minimum of 2 days required, Weds & Fri, possibility for more days.
Hours: 9am to 5pm (1 hr unpaid lunch break)Duration: until Christmas with possibility for extension
Start date: Asap!
Overview:
A fantastic opportunity for a Legal Graduate to get paid work experience with a long-established Law firm in Dorking.
Key requirements- Have a good telephone manner and be a "people person"
- Be thorough in their approach with an attention to detail, spelling and grammar
- Act and present themselves in a professional and conscientious manner
- Show a friendly and "can do" attitude and an ability to "muck in"
- Think on their feet and be proactive
- Suitable candidates will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Sounds interesting?…other daily duties include:
- Typing skills and Use Word for document production using audio digital dictation
- Manage emails and electronic diary through Outlook
- Covering Reception, answering the phone and the door
- Undertaking all filing daily to ensure that files are kept up to date
- Prioritising your workload
- Able to organise your work and tasks efficiently to ensure maximum output and accuracy.
- Assisting with Finance admin when required.
To be successful in this role you'll have:
- Studying Law or just Graduated with a Law degree
- Good keyboard skills
- Capable of working within a fast paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Good organisation skills
