Sales and Marketing Manager - Telford

For the successful Sales and Marketing Manager our client is offering:
- £40,000 per annum DOE
- 08.00 – 16.30 Mon – Thu and 08.00 – 15.30 on a Friday

The role – Sales Estimator:
- Increase sales & turnover to minimum £4m within 24 months.
- Manage & develop existing customer base and key accounts.
- Identify additional customers who mirror existing key accounts and develop those relationships
- Measure, report and understand customer ‘value’ – Enquiry win rate, year-on-year revenue, customer retention/loss
- Develop & implement effective sales & marketing strategies.
- Manage marketing campaigns, analyse and report results.
- Report accurate monthly and quarterly sales performance and projections to the Directors
- Manage existing sales resource and identify additional requirements in line with targets and sales performance
What our client is looking for in a Sales and Marketing Manager:
- Proven track record of business development and increasing sales/turnover levels within similar businesses- ESSENTIAL
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Good networking skills- ESSENTIAL
- Hold a full, clean UK driving licence- ESSENTIAL
