As we continue to experience a surge in our company growth and development we are looking to further expand our operations based in our Richmond Green offices.
  • We currently have opportunities within our Background Screening Teams initially in an Entry Level - Associate Team Support Role with plenty of scope and opportunity to develop and progress for the right candidates.
  • This full-time, permanent role (Monday- Friday) is based at our bright and modern offices in Central Richmond, Surrey approximately 5 minutes walk from Richmond Train Station - TW9.
  • Please may we advise that this is not a remote working opportunity nor hybrid. This is an in-office role, collaborating and working alongside our existing motivated, professional and fun teams. Our offices are bright, open plan, modern and very centrally located with easy local transport links. Please may we politely request that you do only apply if you are able to commute, via public transport, within 30 minutes in order to minimise daily travel.

  • The Role:
  • Support your existing Team Lead, Senior Account Manager with data base searches, telephone referencing, online research and the cross referencing of sourced and provided data, sending emails and responding to emails from candidates and referees.
  • Database searches and cross checking of sourced and obtained information.
  • Updating of our in-house portals, platforms and also Excel spreadsheets in an accurate and timely manner (data entry)
  • With experience, a progression to communicating with applicants via email and also telephone in a professional, clear and helpful manner.
  • Managing time frames and workload to produce excellent results.
  • Working collaboratively within the existing teams, we help each other where and when required.
  • Communicating clearly and professionally both to clients, candidates and fellow team members in a clear, kind and helpful manner.
  • Skills:
  • You must be professional and discreet at all times and possess a very strong work ethic and excellent time keeping.
  • Have a natural ability to be kind, helpful and collaborative in your approach to work with your colleagues and with clients and their candidates alike.
  • You must have excellent English Language skills both written and spoken in order to communicate in a clear, kind and confident manner with clients and also colleagues - this is both via email and the telephone. Your approach must be professional, polite and helpful at all times.
  • Have a very keen eye for detail, be able to spot discrepancies and place that information into context.
  • Able to work independently and also within the existing teams -you must be a team player who is willing to work collaboratively.
  • Be motivated and hard working in all tasks- have professional and personal energy and enthusiasm.
  • Be personally punctual and hard working.- you must show up at the agreed times and communicate clearly and professionally- time keeping is fundamental in presenting yourself as a professional individual. Our existing team members are all professional and kind.
  • We are looking for kind people who have gentle humour yet understand that professionalism and hard work are key to succeeding and developing within any role.
  • This role may suit recent graduates or A level school leavers who are seeking entry level roles to start their office career experience or those who have previous office experience within a professional environment and are looking to start a new role.
