Plan/Funeral Arranger - Kevin Mathews Funeral Services
We are looking for a caring, organised and compassionate individual to join our growing team. You will need to have a willingness to support families and deliver excellent customer service. We offer full training, so no experience necessary and a competitive salary.Our mission is to challenge the expectation of the industry and provide support to families at their time of need.
Main responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, using bespoke software systems
- Arranging and administering funeral plans
- Communicating with industry-related professionals (Doctors, Hospitals, HM Coroners, Crematoria and Cemeteries).
- Booking any associated products and services
- Answering inbound telephone calls, directly assisting or signposting to appropriate team member
- Diary management
- Assistance and support for visitors to our Chapel of Rest
- Reception support
This role would suit people who have:
- A desire to help people
- Experience in administration
- Strong numeracy skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- A professional and calm manner
- A willingness to work as part of a team
- The ability to show compassion and empathy in emotional situations
- A sensitivity around the deceased
- The ability to perform manual lifting
- A full clean driving licence
- Experience in the care industry
Pay: £24,500.00 per year
