JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a meticulous and organised Administration/Receptionist Assistant (maternity cover) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background and ideally have experience in updating database systems and processes.
The purpose of this role is to provide a high quality efficient and comprehensive administrative support .You will act as the first point of contact to candidates, staff and stakeholders in person, online and via telephone. You will be responsible for setting up employee files for new starters, ensure HR files are accurate, audited, and archived in line with GDPR records.
Provide cover for reception during holidays.
You will also responsible for providing support with recruitment, setting up folders, communicating with candidates, inputting data and maintaining HR and Recruitment systems.You will have the chance to bring your unique skills to our team who are compassionate, adaptive, and pro-active about delivering exceptional results.
This is a wonderful role for someone who is eager to learn and grow and to develop in Administration and Reception duties.
Previous experience is desirable together with an understanding of HR practices and procedures. You will have excellent communications skills both written and spoken.

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for candidates, staff, and stakeholders in person, online, and via telephone.
- Set up and maintain employee files for new starters, ensuring HR documentation is accurate, audited, and archived in compliance with GDPR regulations.
- Provide reception cover during holidays and other absences.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including setting up folders, communicating with candidates, inputting data, and maintaining HR and recruitment systems.
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative experience is desirable, particularly in HR practices and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Salary in line with experience.
Job Types: Part-time, ContractContract length: 8 months
Pay: £11.50-£12.10 per hour
