Job Description

Working closely with line managers, the HR Advisor will provide comprehensive advice on the full employee life cycle to deliver sound people focused solutions that align with the organisation's strategic plan and people strategy, promoting a culture of high performance and employee empowerment.The HR department is a vibrant hub of activity where no two days are the same.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, self-motivated and used to organising their workload to meet deadlines. This role is ideal for a strong HR generalist seeking a new challenge.This role is perfect for an Advisor with ambition to step into a business partnering role in the near future.

The team are fantastic and you will be based on site 5 days a week

The Successful Applicant

HR Advisor requirements:

  • CIPD Level 5 or above
  • 5+ years experience in an HR generalist role within the Education sector
  • A true advisor with experience coaching managers
  • Self motivated
  • Knowledge of employment law and best practice
  • Resilient, calm under pressure
