We are working on behalf of a leading property group who are seeking an Office/HR Administrator to join their team and oversee administration and compliance matters. Working from the head offices in North London, this role involves managing key contracts, supporting compliance functions and ensuring the efficient operation of office-related processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the smooth running of the offices
- Provide administrative support for HR and personnel functions
- Managing starter and leaver procedures
- Coordinating and recording staff holidays and absences
- Support Health & Safety and office security
- Handle data protection and motor insurance administration
- Manage and assist with all central contracts, including maintenance agreements and general service agreements
- Approving invoices for payments
- Undertake any additional tasks as required by the CEO, COO, or CFO
- Background in administration and HR preferred
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
