Your new company

You will be working for a well established retail company in Central London.

This role will operate on a hybrid working model with the expectation to be in the London offices 4 days per week with the remaining 1 day as WFH.

Your new role

You will be working as a Temporary HR Administrator for an initial 3 month period however there is a potential for this role to become permanent.

A fully generalist role, providing HR support across the full employee lifecycle. Assist the Head of HR on all aspects of HR, payroll administration and recruitment.

Some duties will include:
  • Coordinate and execute all administrative activities associated with the full employee lifecycle.
  • Act as the HR system super-user to process starters, leavers, ad hoc changes, generate reports and ensure all staff are trained to use employee/manager self-service functions.
  • Prepare new joiner onboarding documents: offer letters, contracts of employment, new joiner packs, referencing etc.
  • Responsible for administration of other onboarding elements, e.g. benefits, HR system, probation reviews etc.
  • Prepare ad hoc change letters e.g. salary changes, working hours, leaver documentation.
  • Assist employees and managers on HR procedures and practices, and to collaborate with other members of the HR team, to ensure that these are constantly relevant and kept up to date.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Manager with recruitment processes, during busier periods e.g. coordinating interviews and CV screening as required.
  • Collate monthly UK and International payrolls, submit monthly payroll changes and assist the Head of HR to review and reconcile payroll reports provided from external payroll providers.
  • Generate and analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends, provide insights and support decision making.
  • Execute the annual Payroll and meet the legal compliance requirements, with oversight from the HR Advisor.
  • Support the wider HR team with administration preparation for all Audits.
  • Assist the HR Advisor with the Annual Performance Review process, in providing accurate data preparation.
  • Be a professional and trusted member of the HR team, providing essential administrative support to the wider HR team.
What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed in this role, you will have previous experience in a HR administrative role.

What you'll get in return

In return, you will receive an hourly rate based on an annual salary of between £30,000 - £35,000 depending on previous experience.
