Support Worker Team Leader

• £24,000 per annum + £20 per night on

You’ll work both in the field and office, supporting service users to live independently while also managing daily operations.

• Lead a team of support workers
• Deliver hands-on care, including personal care and medication management
• Coordinate rotas and maintain records
• Support individuals with household tasks, social activities, and behaviour development
• Supervise and ensure compliance with care standards Requirements:
• Previous care and support experience (team leadership experience preferred)
• Full UK/EU driving license and own vehicle
• Passion for supporting vulnerable adults Benefits:
