What You'll Do:
As our Legal Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our office. Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting clients with a warm smile and providing excellent customer service ?
Answering phone calls and managing correspondence efficiently ?✉️
Scheduling appointments and maintaining the office calendar ?️
Assisting with administrative tasks and supporting our legal team
Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
