SEND Teaching Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to join one of our partnered schools in Wallsend. This is a happy and caring school that takes pride in maintaining high standards of attainment and behaviour, creating a supportive environment for both staff and students.

• Promote inclusion and acceptance for all students.
• Provide consistent support while responding to individual needs.
• Assist teachers with lesson planning, evaluation, and adjustments.
• Deliver catch-up sessions to support student learning.

• Recent and relevant experience working with children and young people, particularly those with SEND.
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
• Ability to work effectively under the guidance of the teacher.
