Customer Service Coordinator Nights
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinators to join our expanding Customer Service Department based at our Headquarters in Steeton (West Yorkshire, UK).
Salary: £12.50 P/H night rate - £11.60 P/H day rate
Working hours: 4 on 4 off rota. Weeknights: 2100-0800 and weekend nights: 1630-0730
Holiday entitlement: 28 days per year (including bank holidays) Raises with length of service

Key responsibilities include:
Answering calls regarding breakdowns & service issues in a courteous manner and offering a high level of Customer ServiceResolving minor technical problems over the phone, and if unable to resolve, Liaise with the planning team via a ticket system
Ensuring all breakdown calls are attended to within a 24hr period
Dealing with minor complaints and being aware when complaints need to be escalated to a supervisor
Completing a variety of reports on Microsoft Excel as needed by department
Skills and Experience:
Good telephone mannerExcellent written and verbal communication skills
IT skills
Previous experience working within a customer service/call centre environment would be advantageous
Microsoft Excel experience is essential due to the need for completing reports
Must be able to display the Acorn Values
