The Role:An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, energetic, and hands-on General Manager to join a dynamic independent restaurant and bar group. We are looking for someone with a bright and bubbly personality who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Previous experience as a GM is a must for this role.Key Responsibilities:
Leading and motivating a high-performing team to deliver exceptional serviceManaging the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring smooth service at all timesDriving business growth through marketing, promotions, and customer engagementImplementing and maintaining operational standards, including health and safetyMaintaining a welcoming atmosphere and building strong relationships with guestsManaging financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and cost control
