I'm delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for a Front of House position at The Kings Arms Hotel in Melrose, United Kingdom. As a casual position, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, assisting with various front of house duties to ensure our guests have an exceptional experience during their time with us.

Located on High St, Melrose TD6 9PB, The Kings Arms Hotel is a charming and historic establishment that prides itself on providing top-notch service to both locals and visitors alike. As the face of our business, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for guests and helping to maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout their stay.

In this role, your responsibilities will include greeting and seating guests, taking food and drink orders, processing payments, and answering any questions or concerns they may have. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the front of house area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies at all times.

To be successful in this position, you must have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided to the right candidate.

Pay: £8.25-£11.50 per hour
