As the Duty Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring that our guests receive top-notch service at all times. You will be responsible for managing the front desk staff, overseeing room reservations, handling guest inquiries and complaints, as well as coordinating with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the hotel.
In addition to managing the daily operations, you will also be responsible for supervising the staff during your shift, ensuring that they are performing their duties efficiently and effectively. You will be the go-to person for any issues that may arise during your shift and will be expected to handle them professionally and promptly.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be interacting with guests, staff, and management on a daily basis. You must also have strong leadership abilities, as you will be responsible for guiding and directing the staff to ensure that the hotel runs smoothly.
