Job Description
  • Support HR department with administrative duties
  • Help in coordinating HR policies, processes and relevant documents
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
  • Compile and update employee records for future references
  • Support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks and issuing employment contracts
  • Participate in HR projects, like help in organising staff training sessions and workshops

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Assistant should have:

  • Strong administrative skills with an ability to prioritise tasks
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of labour laws
  • Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
  • A degree in Human Resources or related field
