Job Description- Support HR department with administrative duties
- Help in coordinating HR policies, processes and relevant documents
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
- Compile and update employee records for future references
- Support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks and issuing employment contracts
- Participate in HR projects, like help in organising staff training sessions and workshops
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Assistant should have:
- Strong administrative skills with an ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of labour laws
- Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
- A degree in Human Resources or related field
- A salary of £23,963 per year
