Tudor Employment Agency are currently recruiting for a Contracts Administrator to join our prestigious client based in Nottingham.

Please note: This is a temporary to permanent position

Duties will include:

Generating and checking weekly and monthly tonnage reports
Supporting purchase ledger management, ensuring internal controls are adhered to, including reconciliation of supplier statements.
Management of invoice queries with suppliers

Supporting the generation of the monthly client invoice, sales invoices and recycling centre subcontractor payments

Providing administrative cover for the Contract Head Office as and when appropriate including reception and administrative duties

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience gained in an administrative role
Effective time management and the ability to meet deadlines
Previous experience gained handling large amounts of data
Excellent use of computers including confident user of excel, google mail, creating content for professional external e mails
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal due to speaking with colleagues, customers and suppliers daily

Hours of Work: 8:30am – 5pm Monday to Friday

Salary: £11.80 per hour
