Tudor Employment Agency are currently recruiting for a Contracts Administrator to join our prestigious client based in Nottingham.Please note: This is a temporary to permanent position Duties will include:
Generating and checking weekly and monthly tonnage reportsSupporting purchase ledger management, ensuring internal controls are adhered to, including reconciliation of supplier statements.Management of invoice queries with suppliersSupporting the generation of the monthly client invoice, sales invoices and recycling centre subcontractor paymentsProviding administrative cover for the Contract Head Office as and when appropriate including reception and administrative duties
The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience gained in an administrative roleEffective time management and the ability to meet deadlinesPrevious experience gained handling large amounts of dataExcellent use of computers including confident user of excel, google mail, creating content for professional external e mailsExcellent communication skills both written and verbal due to speaking with colleagues, customers and suppliers daily
