Located in Manchester and reporting to the CFO, the role will see you managing operational hiring requirements with responsibility for the full recruitment cycle across our global offices with an immediate focus on the UK and Americas. The role will also recruit for positions in EMEA and APAC regions as required.

Beyond exemplary relationship building with hiring teams and candidates alike, you'll also be responsible for managing offers, including remuneration negotiation and contract writing. The role also requires familiarity with modern ATS systems at the Administrator level and the ability to customise and automate approval and hiring workflows as required.

Vix encourages in-person collaboration and offers a 5 day, on-site attendance requirement at our vibrant new Manchester offices. We regret that Vix can only currently accept applicants with ILR or Citizenship residency status for the United Kingdom for this role.

You'll need to be located in or near Greater Manchester.

Requirements
  • Filtering focused and appropriate shortlists for hiring team review
  • Conducting candidate interviews, including telephone screening and video interviews
  • Build relevant candidate pipelines using market mapping, leveraging professional networks and employee referrals, advertising and promoting opportunities across relevant industry and social media
  • Manage employee referrals
  • Assist in developing and updating job descriptions and specifications, writing compelling job adverts
  • Developing interview guides and assessment processes as required
  • Assist and coach hiring teams to interview effectively, ensuring candidate care and communications is a shared responsibility
  • Collaborate with internal HR partners as required and other Corporate teams (Finance, Legal)

Manage any third party supplier relationships (Agents, Product Vendors)

What you'll need to be successful:

  • Extensive recruitment experience across IT and related corporate domains (3-5 years minimum).
  • Autonomous ownership of the recruitment portfolio and related functions
  • Excellent rapport building and communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to work across varied global time zones as required
  • Experience with market research - hiring trends, market salary trends and other human capital factors
  • Emotional maturity and ability to negotiate effectively
  • Experience with modern ATS (Workable is our current solution) or similar (eg Greenhouse, Jobadder, Smartrecruiters, Lever)
  • Linkedin Recruiter account administration and search experience.
  • Experience as superuser/admin for recruitment and learning systems (LMS) highly regarded
