Job Description

A Interim Employee Relations Manager to:

  • Line manage a small ER team
  • Manage a high volume of ER casework
  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
  • Advise on policies and procedures
  • Support an organisation through a period of change and backlog of casework
  • To prepare paperwork for tribunal
  • Work closely with the trade unions

The Successful Applicant

A Interim Employee Relations Manager with:

  • Previous employee relations experience, including grievances and disciplinaries
  • Previous experience of employment tribunals desirable
  • Previous NFP experience desirable, particularly health charity
  • Previous line management experience
