We are seeking a hands on and reliable team member to Join the social team , Reporting to the Fazeley Social Catering Manager.

Responsibilities:

• coordinate the activities of the shop, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
• Oversee food production and preparation, ensuring high quality and consistency.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain proper stock levels.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for business growth.
• Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a positive work environment.
• Preparing breakfast & Lunch service, includes cooking breakfast and lunch menu

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the food industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Proficient in cooking techniques, bartending, food production, and kitchen operations.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Food Safety Level 3
• Allergen Management
• Barista skills
