We are hiring a Plant Quality Lead to shape our future success. Your role will involve leveraging technical expertise to guide decision-making, develop policies, and lead teams in the deployment of new science and technology.Effective communication, collaboration, and a passion for continuous improvement are key traits we value.
This opportunity offers you the chance to be a brand custodian for Cadbury and you will be representing the company externally to bring in external developments in-house.
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
- Risk assessment
- External influencing abilities
- Multi-site experience is an advantage
- Ideally you will already be operating at Site Quality Manager/Lead level
- Technical solution development and deployment
- Collaborating to complete agenda by working effectively across functions, geographies, and with remote internal and external partners
- Continuous improvement and curiosity in your technical area
