About us
We are Delta Security. We install, maintain and repair physical security such as gates, alarms, access control, shutters etc for a range of commercial organisations and residential providers. Geographically we cover Greater London.There are never 2 days the same and the role will be enjoyed by an individual who likes to be challenged.
The hub: Our offices are based in Hackney, east London (Zone 2). Working hours are Monday- Friday, 8am – 5pm.The role:
This is a key role supporting the Installations Manager:
- Raising jobs on Clik database
- Sending e-mails, letters and making calls to book appointments as instructed.
- Answering phones.
- Liaising with engineers to ensure jobs are promptly updated.
- Monitoring and following up on jobs awaiting customer responses.
- Franking and taking post to Post office, arranging couriers.
- Updating customer job portals with progress
- Generally supporting the team as needed – coffee runs, errands etc.
You will need: Excellent organisational skills.
Strong oral and written communications skills.Willingness to be a team player, with the ability to work flexibly across different work areas.
Great problem-solving skills.
Be confident using Microsoft Office and IT in general.
Preferred experience, but not fundamental: Customer services, data entry, experience within a similar roleJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
