Right now, we’re looking for an experienced and highly motivated Account Manager to join our growing team, working with our partner networks and publishers to deliver results that satisfy our clients business objectives as well as working closely with the Affiliate Director to pitch and on-board new clients and grow our own business.

The client portfolio includes brands in fashion, beauty and tech.

This is the perfect role for an experienced network side candidate who wants to step into a multi-channel agency and gain a more complete view of client marketing activity whilst managing a team of specialists. The affiliate department is one of fastest growing, and the successful candidate will be a key player in helping us continue to establish ourselves while growing the agencies affiliate activities.

As the role will see you working across international territories, additional language skills would be a bonus but are not essential to the role.

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to help recruit partners and support the Account Director putting processes in place, identify strategy and new partner types for growth. They'll be prioritising research into new markets and optimising affiliate campaigns.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing your own portfolio of UK and international affiliate programmes. This will include managing programmes through network partners and instructing account managers, as well as managing programmes directly through tech partners such as Partnerize and Impact.
  • Carrying out short term and long term planning and strategy in order to achieve client objectives.
  • Assisting with new business proposals and pitches.
  • Working to ensure smooth new programme launches and migrations after new business wins.
  • Researching and contacting prospective affiliates for our clients’ campaigns. This includes approaching both large volume driving websites, and smaller, long-tail influencers and bloggers in the UK and international markets.
  • Building and managing relationships with publishers.
  • Daily checks and reporting on affiliate activity.
  • Auditing affiliate websites and promotional methods to ensure compliance with the client’s programme terms and conditions.
  • Updating creative, offers and promotions on behalf of clients.
  • Researching seasonal sector trends and new geo market insights.
  • Working with the affiliate networks and with affiliates to create exposure plans for client campaigns and to support promotions and new product launches.
  • Monitoring and reporting affiliate promotions back to the client.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years experience working directly on affiliate campaigns, either client, network or agency side.
  • Organised and efficient approach to work, able to prioritise effectively and keep track of multiple tasks and projects.
  • Good communicator - able to effectively interpret client briefs, and clearly communicate details of partnerships, promotions, campaigns with partners and publishers. Able to clearly set expectations and communicate issues or delays to clients, fellow team members and other internal stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to maintain and grow strong relationships with clients, publishers, and business partners.
  • Experienced in dealing with one or multiple affiliate platforms and technologies - e.g. Awin, CJ, Partnerize, Impact.
  • Adaptable and self-assured. We work with multiple platforms and technologies and are always looking to increase our knowledge and expertise in the department.
