Job Title: Receptionist/Operations Assistant
Location: Liverpool Street
Working Arrangement: On-site, 5 days in the office.

Salary: Up to £40,000

Role Overview:

One of our international law firm clients is looking for an office services assistant to join them on a permanent basis. For this role, you will be based at the reception desk working 9:00-5:30. This role will also include administrative tasks, supporting the operations manager and facilities within the law firm.

This is a great opportunity for an eager and dedicated individual.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting up meetings
  • First point for contact
  • Answering calls
  • Being the first point of contact for the office
  • Reporting to operation team
  • Set up meeting rooms
  • Facilities
  • Maintain a tidy and clean space
  • Responsible for all meetings, both internal and external catering -

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience
  • Highly motivated team player
  • Strong front-of-house experience
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills
