Support Worker For Young Adults

We are seeking compassionate and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our team, providing essential support to young adults. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about helping others and enjoy engaging with young adults in a positive and encouraging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support young adults in various activities, including walks and outings.
- Accompany young adults to local events and recreational activities.
- Promote independence while ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Provide a positive, respectful, and nurturing environment.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with young adults in your care.
- Varying levels of personal care
- 2
- 4 hours Blocks, between 3 PM
- 9 PM, Weekends 7am
- 2:30pm and/or 2:30pm
- 11pm
Pay Rate: £11.44
Ideal Candidate:
- A caring and patient individual, eager to make a positive difference in the lives of young adults.
- Someone who enjoys being active and engaging in outdoor activities.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communicator, with a focus on understanding and meeting the needs of each young adult.
- Past experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Desirable Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
