Job Description
The HR Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Providing robust support on employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Managing the recruitment and selection process
- Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organisation
- Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintaining pay plan and benefits program
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Manager should have:
- A level 7 CIPD qualification
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of HR functions (talent management, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Understanding of UK employment law and disciplinary procedures
- Experience of managing and leading a team
Please note - this is an on-site role and will be office based Monday - Friday.
