Our client, one of the UK's leading energy providers, is looking for a Admin Assistant to join their training team to support them with routine activities associated with compliance and systematic approach to training and for the varies training committees on-site at a Power Station in Heysham.As an admin assistant, you will support the training team with booking students onto initial training and other admin duties.
Main Tasks / Duties Responsibilities- Admin Support (including training committees)
- Accountability and management reporting
- Learning Centre facilitator
- Co-ordinate Programmes.
- Routine activities within PMIS (toolkit and Core) and Learning Management
- Support the training team with routine activities associated with the compliance and the systematic approach to training (SAT) and for the various Training Committees.
- Setting up training events
- Inputting group training sheets
- Updating Personal development records
- Updating contractor details entering data onto the systems
- Schedule meetings and minute taking in the meetings, circulate minutes of meetings to committee members
- Produce reports as and when required by the training department when requested by others
- Co-ordinate student bookings and enrolments, oversee students through their training
- Use effective communication skills when liaising with members of the training department and customers on behalf of the training function.
- Good Communication Skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong IT Skills and use of Microsoft office (Word, Excel)
- Time management, organisational skills, able to prioritise workload
- Attention to Detail
