The successful candidate will be confident managing ER cases from start to finish, including complex grievances and disciplinaries.
Job Description- Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
- Leading talent development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Providing guidance on employment law and compliance issues.
- Coordinating recruitment activities to attract top talent.
- Supporting the HR team in strategic planning and project management.
- Assisting in the management of HR metrics and reporting.
- Fostering a positive work culture and promoting the company's core values.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior HR Advisor should have:
- CIPD qualified or qualified by experience
- Experience in a HR Advisor role with extensive experience managing Employee Relations cases from start to finish
- Up to date knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and project management abilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision making.
- Live locally to Tilbury
- The role is available on a full time or part time basis
