My client is a PE backed successful organisation based in Birmingham and are looking for an experienced Temp Executive Assistant to CEO.

Job Description
  • Provide executive support to a very busy CEO
  • Diary management
  • Organising complex meetings
  • Booking international travel and arranging visas
  • Support with strategic decisions including budgets
  • Taking action points and writing agendas for meetings
The Successful Applicant
  • Experience working as an Executive Assistant for minimum 4 years at C-Suite level
  • Highly organised
  • Can work in a fast paced and pressured manner
  • Highly adaptable skill set with ability to use initiative
  • Can work full time in an office Monday to Friday
  • Can work in a temporary position for 3 months
  • Can commute to Birmingham
