The Limes Country Lodge Solihull
The Limes Country Lodge, a privately owned 27-bedroom hotel, restaurant, conference, and wedding venue in Solihull, Warwickshire, is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to join our team.
The position offers a salary of £22,000 – £28,000 per year, bonuses a a share of company profits.
Pay: £22,536.78-£29,834.22 per year
We are seeking an F&B Manager to join our expanding independent hotel and help us maintain our reputation for excellent service. This is an excellent career opportunity for an experienced and hospitality professional who is capable of assisting in running functions and managing day-to-day front of house operations.
As an F&B Manager , you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing weddings and functions, including shutdown
- Managing restaurant
- Greeting guests
- Upselling to guests and working to maximize profitability.
- All aspects of bar work
- All FOH admin is accurate and up to date .
- Ensuring all documentation is up to date and being hands-on in all aspects of the role.
The position offers a salary of £22,000 – £28,000 per year, bonuses a a share of company profits.
