We are currently recruiting Secure Care Workers who will play a crucial role in delivering compassionate and respectful care to the children and young people in our services. This role will involve a variety of duties, with a primary focus on either intervention work or activity work, depending on your skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding care to young people in a secure environment, offering protection and guidance through times of crisis.
  • Support young people in achieving the best outcomes, focusing on areas such as education, health, independence, and building self-confidence.
  • Foster an environment of optimism, compassion, and respect while recognizing and addressing the individual struggles that young people face.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team to make a lasting difference in the lives of the young people in our care.
