About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior New Homes Sales Advisor to join a prestigious residential developer in North London. We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven sales professional with a proven track record in the new homes sector.

You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and contributing to the success of a high-profile development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Customer Engagement: Manage the entire sales process from initial enquiry to reservation and completion, ensuring a seamless experience for buyers.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with prospective buyers, guiding them through the purchasing process and providing expert advice.
  • Show Home & Marketing: Maintain an exceptional show home environment and contribute to marketing initiatives, events, and campaigns to drive interest and footfall.
  • Negotiation & Closing Sales: Effectively negotiate with buyers to secure reservations while maintaining the company's profit margins.
  • Market Awareness: Keep up-to-date with local market trends, competitors, and buyer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales progress, and compliance with financial and legal processes.
  • Liaison with Stakeholders: Work closely with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and the construction team to ensure a smooth transaction for purchasers.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in new homes sales, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the new homes market, sales processes, and customer journey.
  • Customer-Focused Approach: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with buyers.
  • Commercial Awareness: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to maximise sales revenue.
  • IT Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital sales tools.
  • Flexibility: Willing to work weekends and bank holidays as required in a sales environment.
  • Full UK Driving License (preferred but not essential).
