Temporary Employee Relations Advisor
Location: Watford
Remuneration: £15.50ph - £17.95ph paid on a weekly basis
Contract Details: Temporary role for up to 3 months. Starting ASAP (must be available immediately)
Monday - Friday 8am-4pm / 9am-5:30pm. (37.5hrs a week) 5 days in the office / free parking available

- Provide expert advice on employee relations issues.
- Support management in reviewing complex ER cases.
- Conduct investigations and prepare reports.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure compliance and best practises.
