We are seeking an organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. This full-time role offers a great opportunity to work in a professional and supportive environment, where you’ll play an essential role in managing administrative, operational, and office tasks in our prestigious location.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative & PA Support:

  • Provide varied administrative support to the team, assisting with data collation for ongoing business projects.
  • Process letters, and other communications daily, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Support prescription administration, collaborating closely with the PA team and Pharmacistto maintain smooth operations.

Office & Clinic Room Management:

  • Ensure clinic and office spaces are kept clean, organised, and fully stocked.
  • Scan and process incoming post quickly and efficiently.

Reception & Data Management:

  • Oversee and prepare the daily reception list.
  • Support data collection for reporting and auditing purposes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Operational & Team Support:

  • Provide administrative and operational support across both locations.
  • Foster smooth communication between clinical and administrative staff to ensure a seamless workflow.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, especially with letter processing.
  • Proficiency in administrative systems such as email, data entry, and document scanning.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Flexibility to take on additional tasks as required.
