Job Description- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for the FMCG industry.
- Lead and develop a high-performance marketing team.
- Identify, analyse, and capitalise on marketing and industry trends.
- Coordinate with sales and product development teams.
- Manage budget and resources for marketing initiatives.
- Track marketing performance and return on investment.
- Build relationships with various stakeholders.
- Ensure the brand's consistency across all marketing activities.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of Marketing should have:
- A degree/equivalent in Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a Marketing leader within sports and nutrition industry, although leadership experience within the FMCG sector will also be considered.
- Proficiency in crafting marketing strategies and leading a marketing team.
- Excellent analytical skills to identify market trends and measure effectiveness.
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for both internal and external stakeholders
- £80k-£90k basic
