Job Description- Analyse business processes and requirements to understand areas for improvement or innovation.
- Develop and execute solutions that enhance business operations.
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Agency department to align strategies and objectives.
- Produce actionable reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Facilitate training sessions for staff on new systems or procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments.
- Liaise with external vendors when necessary.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Business Analyst should have:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when necessary.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
