Hybrid Working Model: We understand the importance of work-life balance, which is why we offer a flexible, hybrid working arrangement. This role is open for Manchester, Leeds or Birmingham with office attendance expected 2 days a week as a minimum.

Responsibilities:
As a Marketing & BD Executive supporting our Client Programmes, you will work closely with our Head of Clients & Bids in the execution of the Client growth strategy and client development programmes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Promoting a sense of community amongst our account managers and Client Relationship Partners through various internal communication channels including our intranet, email alerts and monthly teams calls
- Being the custodian of our master client programme lists
- Playing a key role in the governance of our client programmes via monitoring, tracking, seeking updates and producing first drafts of Board and Divisional Reports.

What will help you succeed in this role? :
Essential- Good excel skills, with the ability to interpret data, use pivot tables and create graphs and charts. Note advanced excel is not required – no formulas needed. Just basic to good skills.
- Notable attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all reports and communications.
- Good writing style for internal communications
- Strong organisational skills and an ability to self-start
- Experience with marketing tools and platforms.
- Understanding of brand consistency, ensuring that all written content aligns with the company’s tone, voice, and overall brand strategy.
- Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate fresh ideas and approaches
- Experience of supporting on projects.
