Tasks- Represent clients in court for litigation cases
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support cases
- Draft legal documents such as complaints, motions, and briefs
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
- Must have a valid license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
- Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing litigation law
- Strong understanding of civil procedure and litigation processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently
