Job Responsibilities:
Case Leadership: Manage high-value, complex commercial disputes e.g., contractual, shareholder, insolvency, IP. Provide strategic legal advice and ensure efficient resolution.
Client & Business Development: Build strong client relationships, develop new business opportunities, and expand the firm’s litigation practice.Job Responsibilities:

Client & Business Development: Build strong client relationships, develop new business opportunities, and expand the firm’s litigation practice.Team Leadership: Mentor and manage junior lawyers and staff, maintaining high standards of performance and ethics.
Financial Management: Oversee department billing, budgets, and achieve financial targets. Manage external counsel and litigation costs.
Compliance: Ensure regulatory compliance and manage litigation risk.
Thought Leadership: Stay updated on legal developments and represent the firm at industry events.
Job Skills & Experience:
Qualified Solicitor with significant commercial litigation experience.Proven client acquisition, team leadership, and financial management skills.
Strong commercial acumen and dispute resolution expertise.
