Join a market leader within the computer hardware sector as an Accounts Assistant. This maternity cover role is a six-month fixed term contract and is an ideal opportunity for an experienced all-round accounts assistant looking for a short term position.
Your Responsibilities:
In the initial phase, the role will centre around the accounts payable function, but will evolve into assisting with accounts receivable, employee expenses, bank reconciliations, maintenance of the fixed asset register, prepayments and journals, with some elements of credit control.
About You:
- The team is small and lively therefore, you will have a strong outgoing personality
- Good Excel skills are essential
- You have experience of MS Navision is desirable
- You should be available to start within the next month
The Offer:
- Salary up to £34,000 per annum
- Five days per week in the office, with no hybrid option
- Possibility to extend to a permanent position, although not guaranteed
