Leadership, Service Development & Stakeholder Engagement: Identify service gaps and support or lead improvements. Drive urgent care pathway development and optimise clinical time on shift.Workforce Care, Training & Development: Driving GP recruitment and retention within SevernSide SupportingGP trainees, enhancing their experience, and promotinglong-term retention.
Leading and deliveringclinical inductionsfor new GPs and trainees. Line Management Responsibilities: The GP Lead team providesline managementfor employed SevernSide GPs and Clinical Guardian GPs, including: Conducting Performance & Development Reviews (PDRs) annually.
