Role Purpose:
The general purpose of the role is to ensure that the learning centre is a safe and positive environment for staff, students, visitors, and contractors.
As the Learning Centre Administrator, you will be based onsite enabling the building to run smoothly and efficiently, by providing support and guidance to all users. You will also ensure all statutory requirements are met and documented, allowing the learning centre to be a safe, positive and inclusive space, that fosters a great site culture for staff, students, visitors, and contractors.
You will provide administrative support to site users and to the wider Estates and Health and Safety team. This may mean supporting in the administration of the security systems, ensuring accurate visitor records, keeping health and safety checks up to date, supporting our tutors with any requirements, and supporting our visitors.You will be based on our reception desk and deliver world class customer service to visitors and colleagues alike. This is a new role in the Association and a key role in our Bristol office.
