As a Business Manager, your role will be pivotal in inspiring and leading a talented team of Beauty Advisors, Fragrance Specialists, Counter Managers, and Make-up Artists. You’ll be responsible for creating unforgettable in-store experiences and driving sales across Cosmetics, Fragrance, and Skincare categories.You will empower your team to build trust and loyalty with customers while ensuring business objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service and create memorable customer experiences.
- Manage product inventory and ensure key products are available and ready for customers.
- Oversee team schedules, ensuring optimal coverage during peak customer interaction hours.
- Identify business strengths and opportunities, developing strategies to drive growth and achieve short- and long-term goals.
- Foster a culture of continuous development, inspiring and coaching your team to meet and exceed performance expectations.
- Collaborate with retail teams in department stores to build long-lasting relationships and drive retail growth through innovative events.

- Previous experience in beauty retail management is a plus.
