Marketing Manager - Universal
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 (negotiable depending on experience) + bonus potential
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (1-hour lunch break) with a degree of flexibility
Location: Hatfield HQ
Holiday: 25 days annual leave + bank holidays

A forward-thinking, design-led workspace business is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead their small but mighty marketing team.

About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for shaping and executing the full marketing strategy, from brand development and lead generation to event management and internal communications. Reporting directly to the Managing Director (who has been fulfilling the marketing function to date), you’ll bring fresh perspective, creativity, and a structured approach to drive the brand forward and support continued growth.
This role requires a blend of strategic leadership and hands-on delivery. You’ll be supported by a Marketing Coordinator and will also oversee the recruitment and development of a Graphic Designer.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading all marketing activity, from campaign planning to execution
- Managing and evolving the brand’s digital and offline presence
- Overseeing a busy calendar of events, seminars, and client presentations
- Working closely with business development to align marketing with commercial goals
- Tracking KPIs and marketing ROI, and reporting to the senior leadership team
- Leading and mentoring team members and championing professional development
Requirements
About You:
- You’re a commercially savvy marketer with proven experience in a senior B2B project marketing role
- You’ve ideally worked within the built environment, commercial property, design or construction sectors
- You’re both creative and pragmatic – capable of critiquing design work while also managing budgets and performance data
- You love getting stuck in but can also operate at a strategic level and influence at board level
- You’re a confident, outgoing individual who brings energy to a the team
